Healthcare Plus is currently seeking a motivated, organized, and professional individual to join our Peru office as a Case Supervisor. This is an immediate opportunity for someone passionate about home care and making a difference in the lives of others.

Position Overview
As a Case Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and field workers by coordinating care, ensuring quality service, and maintaining detailed documentation. This position blends administrative responsibilities with interpersonal engagement, both in the office and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial visits with new clients
- Supervise and support ongoing client care
- Staff new and existing clients with caregivers
- Handle scheduling, call-offs, and daily coordination
- Collaborate with intra-office departments
- Maintain up-to-date client files and documentation
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or care needs
- Ensure compliance with care plans and organizational standards
- Address and report critical incidents
- Perform field employee evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Engage in community outreach and promote service awareness
- Work closely with HR on unemployment and workers' compensation cases
- Use G-Suite tools for communication and data management
- Support smooth office operations through teamwork and communication
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Prior healthcare or CNA experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with office equipment and administrative tasks
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards of care
