Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Valid G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction required
- Licensure from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists may be considered
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments including screening, testing, and diagnosis of speech and language concerns
- Provide expert guidance and advisement to educators, staff, and families regarding student needs and recommended strategies
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning and oversight of speech services within the school
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
- Collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to drive positive student outcomes
