Tier I – Financial Services Representative
Pay: $20–$23/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Hybrid/Coppell, TX – Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–6:30 PM | Overtime may be required

Our client sits at the intersection of tax prep and financial planning, building innovative platforms for customers and advisors alike. This is a non-sales, customer-focused role supporting financial advisors with operational and platform needs.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from financial advisors and assist with basic inquiries
- Review and process client documentation
- Perform data entry for new account setups and account changes
- Route requests outside your scope to the appropriate departments
- Deliver friendly, timely, and accurate customer service
- Help generate paperwork and provide advisor support for campaigns
- Work in a structured call center environment and meet punctuality standards
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Background in financial services (banking, insurance, or similar) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
