Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based out of Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, support administrative functions, and help ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure organizational efficiency
  • Manage administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and internal communications
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner
  • Support leadership with reporting, projects, and general administrative tasks
  • Help foster a positive and productive office environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
