Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, per-diem Radiologic Technologist with Cath Lab Experience/Scrub Technician to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Princeton and Edison NJ offices. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, compassionate, and are looking to advance their careers in a community that is always growing. This position will start per diem and expand as our practice grows this division.
Radiologic Technologist with Cath Lab Experience and Scrub in Experience - Per Diem
Rate: $50-60 an hour depending on specialty and experience
Hours: up to 10 hours, one day a week to start. More hours available as volume grows

Radiological Technician Duties
- Prepare sterile equipment trays
- Position patients correctly for procedures
- Operate fluoroscopic equipment
- Capture images
- Assist with procedures, including scrubbing in with the IV
- Radiologist Knowledgeable about Cath, Vascular, and Interventional procedures, related equipment, and correlating anatomy
- Turning over the procedure room
- Maintain inventory needed for intraoperative procedures
- Notify maintenance company if equipment repair is needed
- Monthly Phantom test images to ensure density, contrast, uniformity, and image quality are maintained at optimal levels
- Quarterly visual equipment checklist to ensure equipment is in working condition with no defects
- Ensure proper radiation protection is practiced by staff and for patients
- Ensure procedural images are documented and transferred to EMR via PACs system 1
Maintain Licensure or Certification
- BLS Certification
- CME Requirements up to date for licensure or certification
- Organizational dues, if required, to maintain licensure or certification
- ARRT License current
- NJDEP License current
Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required
- AA or equivalent from a two-year college or accredited technical school
- One to two years' experience assisting with catheter based vascular procedures
