Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Overnight Clinical Lead | Senior Living & Memory Care
Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN
Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight Shift, Every Other Weekend Required, Rotating On-Call
Pay: $35 to $50 per hour depending on experience
Weekend Differential: +$1.00 per hour on weekends

What You’ll Own Each Night
• Serve as the overnight clinical lead, supporting caregivers and ensuring quality care.
• Oversee medication administration and ongoing resident needs.
• Perform assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with providers, families, and the care team as needed.
• Handle urgent situations with calm, confident clinical judgment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe, quiet, and reassuring environment for residents.
What You Bring
• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Experience in acute care, geriatrics, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead overnight operations.
