Position: Journeyman Plumber Location: Centennial, CO Compensation: $20-$30/HR plus commissions
Compensation &amp;-$ Benefits

<li>Base Pay: $20-$30/HR plus commissions</li>
<li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance provided at no cost to employee</li>
<li>PTO: 10 days + 7 paid holidays</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform residential plumbing service work to high technical and customer standards</li>
<li>Lead field operations and set the example for professionalism and jobsite conduct</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding and training of new staff</li>
<li>Provide input on processes, tools, and field operations</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Colorado Journeyman Plumbing License in good standing</li>
<li>Strong residential plumbing background</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to work full-time in a startup environment</li>
