Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans and behavior strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to special education decisions
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
