Job DescriptionSalary:
The Program Manager oversees the execution of all task order requirements, managing a diverse team and serving as the primary liaison between the Government and the Contractor. This role ensures technical, schedule, and cost performance across all task areas under the PASS contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact to the COR and Contracting Officer.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of program activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with all contract deliverables.
- Manage all key personnel and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate Monthly Status Reports and decision briefings.
- Resolve technical and administrative issues in collaboration with the Government.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting RDT&E (Research, Development, Test & Evaluation) organizations.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Required Skills:
- Leadership in technical environments.
- Familiarity with Army acquisition programs and task order management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Certification Requirement: PMP preferred but not required.
Clearance Requirement: Secret clearance required.
