Job DescriptionOffice Assistant (Temporary - Busy Season)
Pay Rate: $23.37 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Assignment Duration: Two months
Location: Denver, CO 80203 (Fully Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to provide administrative and facilities support during a high-volume busy season. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tax return processing activities during the busy season
- Assist with facilities-related tasks and general office support
- Upload Statements of Work (SOWs) and update workflow tracking systems
- Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency during peak workload periods
Basic Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
Experience
- one (1) or more years of experience in an administrative assistant/front office role
