Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist and competency exam (80% passing score required)
- Comprehensive background checks and health screenings, including TB testing, immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), and drug screening
- Florida ACHA fingerprint background check required prior to start date
- Two professional references from within the past three years, including one supervisor reference
