Job Responsibilities:
· Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
· Verify purchase orders, contracts, and receipts against invoices to resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain vendor files, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
· Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers in accordance with payment terms.
· Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
· Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed.
Requirements:
· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
· Experience within the construction industry and operating as a sole contributor
