Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a contract position in an elementary school setting located in Ann Arbor, MI. This role focuses on providing speech-language services to students in grades Y5 through 5th grade, primarily through resource room support. The work schedule runs from approximately 8:40 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to elementary students identified with communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support student learning and communication goals.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to pediatric populations.
  • Provide resource room services that promote speech and language development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with school policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working as a school-based SLP, preferably within elementary education.
  • Skilled in pediatric speech-language therapy and school healthcare protocols.
  • Ability to work full-time hours within the school day.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
