Korzen Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to become part of our expanding outpatient behavioral health clinic in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity featuring a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Key Duties
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and support staff to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions and coping strategies
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practice

Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Alabama license as one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team
