Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Recruiter to join our team in Farmingville, NY. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within non-profit or clinical settings. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience in non-profit or clinical environments.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
