Plant Manager | Holt, MI
Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily manufacturing operations and production processes to meet targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
- Manage plant budget, control expenditures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience in production operations, supply chain, and quality management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong P&L responsibility, budget management, and cost control skills.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality assurance systems.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
- Proven P&L management experience beyond plant-level operations
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the company's global footprint or local workforce
