Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Policy Oversight: Monitor and manage clients' insurance policies to ensure they meet evolving needs and compliance requirements.
Customer Support: Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities for policy upgrades, cross-selling, and bundling to enhance client portfolios.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Allstate insurance products and industry trends to deliver the best advice to clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Requirements
Licensing Required, licensing assistance available: Must possess an active Missouri and Illinois Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a client management or insurance sales role is essential.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Self-motivated: Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
Client Relationship: Should have a strong capacity for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills with a client-first mentality.
