We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our remote sales team across the Country and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in relationship building and B2B sales, with proven leadership abilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and manage a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
This position is based in Clinton, Missouri (relocation assistance available) — a hidden gem in the heart of the Midwest. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
- Oversee the execution of outside sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and teamwork within the sales department.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in growing US territories, leadership and automotive industry experienced preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success in business development and expanding market presence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Working within a strategic company operating system like EOS, or Traction.
