RN – ICU Float Pool (Zone 1 – Colorado Springs) | 12H Nights | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs ICU exp required (1st time traveler: 3+ yrs ICU + EPIC exp) | BLS, ACLS (AHA) & NIHSS required | EMR: EPIC | Ratios 1:1–2 (may flex to 1:3) | Must titrate all critical drips (pressors, sedation, paralytics, insulin, etc.) | Vents, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow | No monitor tech – RN reads strips | MUST FLOAT within Zone (ICU, PCU/Stepdown, MS-Tele – No home base facility) | 6–9 weekend shifts in 6 weeks + holiday rotation | 60-mile radius rule (DL required) |
