We are thrilled to invite a Urologist to become part of our growing team in Wheeling, West Virginia. This position is ideal for a general urologist who appreciates a diverse practice and is eager to meet the rising patient demand in our community. While all subspecialty interests are welcomed, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy a broad scope of urological care. Given the current underserved population, you will experience a swift increase in patient volume and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urologic services in the area.

Hospital Highlights:

Practice Highlights:

• General urology position with the flexibility to subspecialize
• Call schedule of approximately 7 days per month, including one weekend
• Mentorship opportunities and potential for long-term growth within a developing program
• Strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with additional hires planned
• Collaborative environment with support from both administrative and clinical leadership
• High patient demand with a quick ramp-up period
• Diverse case mix including general urology, robotics, oncology, endourology, FPMRS, and reconstruction
• Clinic volume of around 20-25 patients daily
• Combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and surgical duties
• Opportunity to contribute to the development of a more integrated, system-wide urology program
• Employed compensation structure featuring wRVU productivity, sign-on and quality bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package
