Job DescriptionWuest Group Engineering & Survey is looking for a Survey Manager/ Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to join our team specializing in commercial projects in the Austin area. The Survey Manager / RPLS will be responsible for managing the survey department staff & processes to provide professional survey services both directly to clients and in support of our internal civil engineering projects. The role includes training and mentoring of junior staff and survey business development.

• Manage survey team tasks, schedule and resource requirements
• Work with owners to establish, implement, monitor, and maintain procedures and standards for the survey team
• Prioritize projects and manage deadlines for deliverables
• Conduct survey team meetings and coordinate with the engineering team
• Experienced working with surveys for civil engineering purposes required
• Review and seal surveys

Salary based on experience.
