About The Role
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + OT
Rate:$17/HR

Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilledBilingual CNC Machine Operatorto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll set up, run, and maintain computer numeric control (CNC) woodworking machines to create kitchen components. Your precision, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our production process.
Key Responsibilities
Setup & Operation:
- Prepare CNC machines using blueprints, work orders, and job specifications.
- Load tools, program parts, and calibrate machine parameters.
Production & Quality Control:
- Monitor machines during processing and make adjustments for accuracy.
- Inspect finished components (e.g., cabinets, rails) to ensure compliance with dimensions and finish standards.
Maintenance & Safety:
- Clean machines, replace worn or broken tooling, and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Team Integration:
- Collaborate with engineers, setup technicians, and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Document production metrics, downtime, and any variance in output.
About You
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of CNC router or machining center experience (woodworking or cabinet manufacturing preferred).
- Ability to read CAD/CAM drawings or blueprints.
- Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Comfortable making machine adjustments and minor repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
