Responsibilities
Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety and quality standards, including basic food prep and assembly.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
Serve customers with a friendly attitude, assist with menu inquiries, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
Support food handling procedures by following proper hygiene practices and food safety regulations.
Assist in kitchen tasks such as food preparation, stocking supplies, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Skills
Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants; restaurant experience preferred.
Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering skills are essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
