Your Role & Impact
As a General Dentist, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional care while helping grow a trusted community practice. Youll have the resources and freedom to practice your way, all while making a real difference in the lives of your patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health
- Leverage digital tools and modern techniques to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
What Were Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong proficiency across a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and growing professionally
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
