- Capable of setting up benchtop, pilot plant experiments
- Capable of managing product inventories, product entries, purchase orders
- Support in pilot plant trials, product packing, shipping, labelling etc.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs
- Capable of working in the lab under GLP/GMP practices
- Accurate data entry, documentation, following the procedures is a must
- Capable of interacting with other employees to independently identify and organize resources for conduct of experiments
- Available for traveling to manufacturing sites to support trials when required.
- Capable of engaging with suppliers in discussions associated with ingredient purchasing and follow ups.
Responsibilities:
- Technician is responsible to support for Product Developers in the lab in the preparation, testing and evaluation of beverage batches.
- Accurately prepare beverage and beverage concentrates to support new product development, brand maintenance, etc.
- Support will also include bench top batches, schedule and support pilot plant productions
- Sample submission for QC, Micro and any other required analysis, coordinate and collect data for product shelf-life studies.
- Keep thorough documentation of batches and experiments
- Maintain and document lab inventory
- Maintain a safe work environment and effectively work with team members, other PDs and support teams to complete projects.
