Experience needed for success:

Prior experience in billing, or related operational accounting functions, with a strong understanding of financial and productivity reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations.

Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong analytical skills with a proven history of interpreting complex data sets and creating actionable reports and presentations.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros, as well as experience with dashboard creation.

Participate in various projects, providing analytical expertise to identify trends and improve operational outcomes.

Collaborate with internal and external customers to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Assist in billing processes, collections, accounts payable activities, and expense reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Utilize advanced Excel functions and other tools to develop dashboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate performance metrics.

Extract, compile, and analyze raw statistical data from firm systems to produce accurate monthly reports and productivity evaluations.
