In this role, you will oversee tenant relations and maintenance operations for a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service delivery. Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and lease renewals.
• Organize and schedule maintenance and repair activities across managed properties, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to facilitate quality service.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation related to property operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including outside standard working hours, to ensure tenant safety.
• Collaborate with property managers to address tenant concerns and operational challenges effectively.
• Manage inventory for supplies and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance operations and tenant satisfaction.• Proven experience in administrative coordination, tenant relations, or property management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations and dispute management.
• Experience coordinating maintenance requests and working with vendors.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and prioritize safety.
