Position Overview


Cornerstone Comprehensive Therapy Center is seeking a motivated and skilled BCBA to join our expanding clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality home-based ABA services, providing ongoing supervision to RBTs/behavior technicians, and supporting families with evidence-based interventions. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving family quality of life.


Responsibilities


Assessment & Clinical Programming

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments.

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs aligned with client needs.

• Review and update treatment plans based on progress and data.


Supervision & Staff Development

• Provide oversight and BACB-compliant supervision for RBTs and behavior technicians delivering home-based therapy.

• Conduct field observations and complete competency assessments when needed.

• Offer regular performance feedback and training to ensure treatment fidelity.


Family Support & Collaboration

• Provide ongoing parent/caregiver training to help families implement strategies across daily routines.

• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and goals.

• Coordinate with schools or outside providers when appropriate.


Requirements


• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

• Preferred 1 to 2 years of professional BCBA experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based visits.

• Ability to pass all required clearances and background checks.


Schedule


• Full-time position.

• Afternoon and evening availability required to meet family needs.

• Flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to build their own calendar within caseload expectations.

• Weekend availability required.

• Pay: $249,600 salary
