About this roleThis is not a sit-back-and-wait job. Every day is different you'll be managing communications, keeping jobs on track, coordinating with field crews, and learning new systems. Because we operate at a white glove level, attention to detail and professionalism aren't optional they're the baseline. We don't care if you've never worked in restoration before. We care that you're sharp, reliable, and ready to grow.
What you'll actually do
- Manage emails and communications with adjusters, clients, and vendors professionally and promptly
- Follow up with customers after job completion to ensure satisfaction
- Keep jobs organized and up to date across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with field crews make sure they have what they need and that everything is documented
- Monitor and manage inventory across the office, kitchen, bathroom, and warehouse and coordinate supply orders when things are running low
- Fill out paperwork and help track job progress
- Learn industry software (Xactimate and others) training provided
- Uphold our white glove standard in every task, big or small
What we're looking for
- Strong reading and writing skills you will be writing professional emails and communicating with clients and adjusters
- Tech savvy you'll be working across multiple platforms and tools daily
- Fast thinker who can problem-solve without being told what to do every step of the way
- Someone who researches and figures things out when they don't know the answer
- High attention to detail at a white glove company, the small things matter
- Reliability we need someone who shows up and follows through, every time
- Long-term mindset we want to invest in the right person and grow together
- Spanish speaker is a plus
ExperienceNo restoration experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know. If you've worked in an office, in construction, or in any role where you had to juggle multiple tasks and think on your feet that's a plus. What matters most is that you're a quick learner with drive and a high personal standard.
CompensationThis role starts at $50,000 with the potential to grow to $75,000 and beyond. Your salary grows as you grow the more you learn, the more responsibility you take on, and the more value you bring to the team, the more you'll earn. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone to build a career with us.
Location & availabilityOur office is located in Valley Stream, NY. Because we are an emergency service company, we occasionally require staff to come in on short notice. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance and have reliable transportation.
