Position Summary
Developing and maintaining all policy, procedures, and work instruction documents to reflect current business, operations and enable consistent performance and outcomes. This role works with all business units to revise, refine, and/or create the required documentation that is made available within departments and across the organization, to support effective training and staff performance. This is a FT WFH role.
Pay Range
$21.30 - $23.96 hourly, DOE.
*Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 2 years medical/dental claim processing or customer service dealing with all types of plans/claims.
- Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Type a minimum of 50 wpm on computer keyboard and Ten key proficiency of 135 kspm net.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and shift priorities as business needs require.
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, produce high volumes of work, work independently as well as in a diverse team environment.
- Ability to work independently, perform research, efficiently identify business requirements, and meet deadlines for all deliverables.
- Working knowledge of utilizing Microsoft SharePoint.
- Ability to maintain a regular work schedule that meets the needs of the department.
- Proficiency in MODA internal computer systems.
- Knowledge of MODA Administrative policies.
- Demonstrated ability to comply with company rules and policies.
- Call center and health insurance experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
Primary Functions:
- Manages policy and procedure database, establishing standards for structure, content, and format.
- Provides quarterly Policy & Procedure review reports to claims and customer service departments.
- Perform research and review documents to identify gaps in documentation.
- Manages Policy & Procedures annual reviews.
- Manages Policy and Procedure entry logs.
- Assist with the development of documentation requirements for new and/or changing business processes.
- Maintains records of any policy changes, including revisions, updates, and archives.
- Communicate updates and requirements to management staff.
- Support the introduction of company policies internally.
- Maintains revisions and updates to multiple Policy & Procedure (P&P) Manuals.
- Communicates revisions, updates, and publications to management.
- Remain current on policies and procedures for all business areas.
- Implements and maintains consistent document version control practices to ensure accuracy and continuity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions & Contact with Others:
- Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard use, constant sitting, and frequent phone communication. Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens. A reliable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required to support remote or hybrid work. Must be comfortable being on camera for virtual training and meetings. Work in excess of standard workweek, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.
- Internally with Claims and Customer Service business areas, as well as other departments within the organization.
