Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our warehouse team. As an Order Puller, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing and labeling items as needed.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Help with inventory control and restocking as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, order pulling, or inventory management preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable using warehouse equipment.
