<li>Clinic-only practice (possibility of working hospitalist shifts during the year, if desired)</li>
<li>Flexible and adjustable hours perfect schedule for parents of school aged children</li>
<li>Friendly, team environment of physicians and credentialed practitioners</li>
<li>24-hour Nurse Care line; RN nurse triage office support in clinic</li>
<li>EPIC electronic medical records</li>
<li>Supported by hospitalists</li>
<li>Shared call 1:7 (average phone call volume 1-3 calls/night)</li>
<li>Average # of patients seen per day: 15-18</li>
