We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports</li>
<li>Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets</li>
<li>Oversight on invoices and receiving payments</li>
<li>Performing all payroll functions including generating payroll weekly, quarterly payroll tax filings, as well as annual W2 and 1099 processing</li>
<li>Cash management oversight</li>
<li>Generation of monthly financial statements</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in accounting or other related fields</li>
<li>Fundamental knowledge of GAAP</li>
<li>BS in Accounting a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Sage and QB Enterprise preferred</li>
<li>Detail and deadline-oriented</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>
