Step into a dynamic contract opportunity providing teletherapy occupational therapy services for K-12 students. This position is ideal for a passionate OT interested in delivering effective, student-centered care in a flexible setting. You'll manage a caseload of students across two primary school sites, supported by on-site paraeducators who help facilitate seamless telehealth sessions. With 10-12 hours per week and the freedom to craft your own schedule, you can balance meaningful work with your other commitments.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school settings, serving K-12 students
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote session delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to suit diverse learning needs
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual OT assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students identified with need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with educators, paras, and parents to ensure consistent support for each student
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress tracking
- Support and train on-site staff to facilitate efficient teletherapy delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable OT insight for student success
