Job Title: Digital & Social Marketing Coordinator
Location (city, state): Charlotte, NC
Compensation: $22 – $29 / hour
Industry: Distribution / B2B
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional remote days

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing, social media strategy, vendor collaboration, and event marketing initiatives. This role requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while supporting a variety of marketing programs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships to support marketing programs and campaigns
- Collaborate on social media strategy, including content creation, curation, scheduling, and analytics reporting
- Create targeted communications using platforms such as Mailchimp and social media channels
- Track competitive insights and measure marketing effectiveness
- Coordinate marketing initiatives supporting sales efforts and business growth
- Assist with planning and executing trade shows and events, including promotional materials and signage
- Monitor marketing inventory and collateral across multiple locations
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather marketing assets and information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator required), Canva, Microsoft Office, and Mailchimp
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Hootsuite, Formsite) is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
