Job DescriptionAccounts Payable Specialist

Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site) Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

About Us: We are an in-office company committed to accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Join our team and play a key role in managing accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process AP invoices for approval
  • Set up new vendors in the system
  • Open mail and scan invoices into A/P approval system
  • Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices
  • Batch ACH payments for CFO approval
  • Process check payments
  • Manage and respond to emails from vendors and employees

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
  • Experience with computers and accounting software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
