Position: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: Tigard, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Compensation: $35 - $45 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Paid Sick Leave.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:

As an HVAC Service Technician at Specialty Heating & Cooling, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residential and light commercial clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Your expertise will help educate customers on proactive repairs and system upgrades, enhancing their HVAC systems' efficiency and longevity.

In this hands-on role, you will conduct routine inspections, perform emergency repairs, and utilize advanced technology for record-keeping and communication. You will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
