- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Worksite Location: Avon, MN
- Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)
What you’ll do as the HR Compliance Coordinator:
- Review, audit, and resolve issues for approximately 5,000 I-9 forms within the Equifax system
- Manage administrative aspects of our ongoing I-9 audit, ensuring compliance with federal employment verification requirements
- Organize and sort through 44 physical binders of stored I-9 forms, identifying which should be retained or securely destroyed
- Cross-check records to ensure we have valid I-9s for all current active employees
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation throughout the project
- Communicate findings and progress with internal stakeholders as needed
- Work independently to stay on task and meet project timelines
What you’ll bring to the HR Compliance Coordinator role:
- Previous experience with Form I-9 and/or E-Verify is highly preferred
- Strong administrative or office experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Comfortable with repetitive data entry and document review tasks
- Reliable and committed to completing the 3-month assignment
- Available to work full time, onsite
