Job Title: Food Manufacturing Associates – 2nd Shift

Pay: $16.90–$18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some weekends as needed)
Shift Options:

2nd Shift (1:00 PM–9:30 PM | 2:30 PM–11:30 PM | 4:00 PM–1:30 AM)
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for multiple 2nd shift positions at a major food manufacturing facility. These roles are based in a cold, refrigerated, and sometimes wet or humid environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in fast-paced production settings.

Available Positions:

Pump Room Operator:

• Work with raw meat and marinating sauces
• Operate in a cold, wet, and messy environment
• Wear provided plastic coveralls for protection
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Shipping Associate:

• Perform manual palletizing and shrink wrapping
• Move products throughout the warehouse
• Work in a cold storage environment
• Schedule may vary based on production needs

RTE (Ready-to-Eat Production):

• Work directly with food products
• Assemble and build boxes
• Pack finished products for distribution
• Follow food safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in cold, refrigerated, wet, or humid environments
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish (required)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
