Your Role


As an Operations & Office Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our U.S. business and help keep internal processes running smoothly. You will work closely with the CEO and coordinate with our European team on order processing, logistics, and general office activities.


This role is hands-on and varied. Some responsibilities are structured and recurring, while others change based on business needs. The position offers stability in core tasks with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities over time, depending on your interests and strengths.


You will play an important supporting role in ensuring that customer orders move efficiently from request through delivery, while also helping with general office organization and administrative support.


Responsibilities


Operations & Order Support


  • Assist with customer requests, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with our European team
  • Track inbound shipments and support import coordination with our customs broker
  • Receive incoming parts, unpack shipments, and organize inventory
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels


Office & Administrative Support


  • Handle general office tasks and organization
  • Support basic accounting data entry (receipts, bank items)
  • Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Help prepare materials for events, trade shows, and customer visits
