Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in assisting customers, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. The position is remote, with candidates ideally based in Richmond or Plano, Virginia.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries with efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints and concerns.
• Process billing adjustments and administer claims with accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite to complete documentation and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and provide seamless support.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers through written and verbal channels.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while maintaining a positive rapport.
• Support merchandising and account adjustments as required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Operate within a call center environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding company services and policies.• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and other computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage billing and claim administration.
• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
