About the Role:
A leading entertainment and media organization is seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join its Integrated Media and Promotions team. This role is responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing paid media campaigns across a variety of channels including TV, radio, print, out-of-home, digital display, video, social, and search. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure strategic, cost-effective media placements that support domestic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media buys using industry-standard platforms
- Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance)
- Manage vendor relationships and meetings
- Assist in quarterly and annual media planning
- Reconcile invoices and negotiate added value/make-goods
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of media buying experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Proficiency in media buying software and general computer programs
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with cross-channel media planning
