Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
• Manage incoming calls, transferring them as needed and providing accurate information.
• Organize and distribute incoming mail and packages while coordinating outgoing shipments.
• Maintain the office calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing documents.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist visitors and callers effectively.
• Competence in data entry and managing email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
