We’re searching for a passionate Case Manager to join an expanding team and empower adults with developmental disabilities to reach their goals.
What You’ll Do

Work hand-in-hand with our team to create engaging, personalized programs

Champion participant goals and celebrate their achievements

Keep things organized—manage documents, schedule meetings, and support instructors

Advocate for participants’ safety and well-being every step of the way
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (2+ years preferred)
-
AA degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
-
Strong communication, organization, and digital skills
-
Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and readiness for background checks

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
