Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Details:
Location: San Jose, CA
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Onsite Only
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00/8:30 AM to 4:00/4:30 PM (flexible), ideally full-time
Caseload: 2527 students, all diagnosed with moderate to severe autism and primarily non-verbal; majority use AAC devices or tablets
Pay:

SLP: $5764/hr, depending on experience
SLPA: $4247/hr, depending on experience

Role Overview:
Provide direct and supportive speech services to a specialized student population with high communication needs. Candidates must be comfortable working with non-verbal students and integrating AAC devices into therapy.

Qualifications:

Active California SLP or SLPA license
Experience with moderate to severe autism populations strongly preferred
School-based experience a plus
