Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Stepdown patients requiring close monitoring
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team for optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support complex care plans
- Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and recovery processes
- Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown (Intermediate Care/PCU) nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable adapting to new settings and electronic health record systems
