Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal / Temp-to-Hire (varies by assignment)Job SummaryWe are seeking reliable and motivated Landscaping General Laborers to assist with outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects at multiple locations in the Montgomery, AL area. This role involves physical, hands-on work supporting landscape crews in maintaining and improving outdoor spaces.Responsibilities
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing grass and debris
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and sod
- Removing weeds, leaves, and debris from work areas
- Load and unload landscaping materials and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and job site instructions
- Work effectively as part of a landscaping team
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits
