Join our professional clinical environment in Norton Commons, Jeffersontown, Middletown, LaGrange, New Albany & Dixie Highway locations. As a Medical Assistant you will be an integral part of helping to communicate with and educate patients, as well as assisting providers during medical and cosmetic procedures.

Monday-Norton Commons 8:00AM-5:00PM

Tuesday-Middletown 8:00AM-5:00PM

Wednesday-J-town alternating with Norton Commons 8:00AM-5:00PM

Thursday-Norton Commons 8:00AM-5:00PM

Friday- Norton Commons (8-12 on Fridays)

Monday-Norton Commons 8:00AM-5:00PM

Tuesday-Norton Commons 8:00AM-5:00PM

Wednesday-Norton Commons 8:00AM-5:00PM

Thursday- LaGrange 8:00AM-5:00PM

Friday-Norton Commons alternating with LaGrange (The 4th Friday of the month until 2, every other Friday is until 12:30)

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30-New Albany & Dixie Hwy

$19.00-$23.00 (Based on Experience)

Requirements

• Ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient, and comprehensive care
• Demonstrate consistent adherence to the practice’s standards and procedures
• Passion for healthcare.
• Professional level employment with patient/client interactions
• Ability to take and follow direction from a licensed professional
• 1 Year Medical Assistant t Experience
• Must ensure compliance with all HIPPA regulations
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EMR experience - preferably ModMed (EMA) or comparable software
• Certified Medical Assistant and Scribing experience
• Basic Typing, Math & English skills
• Advanced proficiency with computers
• Detailed-oriented
• Proactive & take initiative
• Effective Communication Skills
• Positive Team Player
• Able to Multitask
• Excel under pressure
• Empathetic
