Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various automated processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HMI, PLC, machine automation, and robotics, and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for automation projects
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs for various applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotic systems into manufacturing processes
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on automated systems
- Document control system designs and modifications for compliance and reference
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in controls engineering or automation
- Proficiency in programming PLCs and HMIs
- Experience with machine automation and robotics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
