An opportunity is available for two Special Education Teachers to provide dedicated support to K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.
- Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning challenges across K-12 grade levels.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and other professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and municate effectively with parents and staff.
- Utilize positive behavioral interventions and assist in creating adaptive learning materials.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential.
- Experience working with students with exceptional needs in kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, state regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent munication and organizational skills.
